About Me, and How This Works

Hello firearm enthusiasts!

My name is Eduardo R. Zayas. I am a retired United States Army veteran. I hold a Federal Firearms License (FFL) License Type 07, MANUFACTURER OF FIREARMS OTHER THAN DESTRUCTIVE DEVICES. I am an NRA certified Pistol Instructor and enjoy volunteering as a Range Safety Officer at the Port Malabar Rifle and Pistol Range in Brevard County.

I DO NOT manufacture the parts and components that make up an AR-style rifle or pistol. According to the ATF, combining parts, kits and other firearm components into a finished product is considered “Manufacturing”.

I purchase assembly kits and individual parts from reputable American companies with a proven track record of selling excellent quality products, and assemble them as AR-Style pistols, carbines, and rifles for resale at gun shows throughout the state of Florida and online.

My products are customized by replacing some of the firearm components with higher quality parts such as bolts, triggers, charge handles, hydraulic recoil buffers, etc. to make the product you buy from me unique and better suited to your personal taste and needs.

I manufacture AR-Style 223/5.56 Rifles and Pistols, .300 Blackout Rifles and Pistols, AR-9 Carbines and Pistols, AR-10 308 Carbines, Ruger 10-22 Carbines and 10-22 Threaded Bull Barrel Competition Carbines.

My assembly process is organized and well documented. The ATF requires that I maintain a Manufacturing Log that accounts for all the parts I use. I must associate these parts at a specific level via serial numbers with the build’s lower receiver or other serialized component. Know that every firearm I manufacture is tested at a local gun range and must pass my functional and firing tests and inspection before I bring it to a gun show or sell it online.

My Warranty

My warranty is simple – as long as I live, if there is a problem with your firearm and you have it delivered to me, I will fix it free of charge. If you by mistake cause damage to your firearm, then I will find the best price and quality on the replacement part, invoice you and fix it at no cost to you.

Firearm Sales

While selling my products at gun shows as a licensed dealer in Florida, I cater and sell to Florida state residents who can show proof of residence with a Florida State Driver’s License, and who undergo a Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) background check on the spot.

Customers who possess a Florida State Concealed Carry Permit can take their purchased firearm with them the same day after rendering payment and completing a Background Check. Those who do not have a Concealed Carry Permit must wait THREE BUSINESS DAYS to pick up their firearm from me.

For me, Business Days are Monday through Friday, so when you purchase a firearm from me at a gun show on either Saturday or Sunday, the clock starts on Monday and the firearm can be picked up from me no earlier than the following Thursday.

I do not engage in private sales. If you are not willing to undergo a background check, I am not willing to sell you any firearm. If I suspect that you are buying the firearm for someone else, I will not sell to you either – that is called a “proxy” purchase and it is a felony.

Special Orders

Special Orders made in person at a gun show or online are welcome. A $200.00 non-refundable deposit is required to defray the cost of some of the components I will need in order to manufacture your firearm. No exceptions.

I will need to know how much you want to spend, whether you want a rifle, carbine or AR-style pistol, barrel length, and desired caliber. In return, I will send you a proposal so you know what I can build and how much it will cost you.

Online Sales

I will make an online sale so long as the laws in your state allow the purchase of the specific firearm you want me to build, and the transfer is made through an FFL Licensed Dealer in your state.

Thanks for taking the time to read this.

On this website we have embedded some photos of my products. Hope you enjoy my products and know that for me, the building process is not just about business – it’s a hobby I enjoy.
